Research and report on insurance availability (health, studio and liability). Secure discounts on arts related needs for APBC members.

Communication & Marketing

Oversee the design and maintenance of the APBC website. Respond to inquiries. Create quarterly newsletter to be listed on Website and hardcopies for distribution. Oversee communication among APBC members, the community and media using email, mail and phone.

Development

Research grants, public and private funding sources. Plan fundraising events. Develop sponsorship benefit packages. Identify collaborative and in-kind services opportunities. Identify volunteers within and outside of the organization.

Membership

General outreach for new members. Maintain member list & potential members list. Follow up with new members & potential members. Keep membership brochure current. Assist with membership renewal, membership surveys and maintaining member packets. Send membership packets. Create & maintain member directory. Facilitate communication among members.

Structure & Governance

Keep by-laws and constitution current. Oversee overall process of APBC and its committees. Maintain nonprofit status. Keep up with nonprofit regulations. Educate members about the APBC structure, mission & vision. Oversee organizations politics and workings.
