Ginny Lloyd of Jupiter started collecting artist made stamps (artistamps) in the 70's. Her collection has expanded to over 2,000 entries made by 250 international artists. She opened the online Gina Lotta Post Artistamp Museum to showcase the collection and to encourage others to participate in the making and sharing of their artistamp creations. Her blog also includes published articles about artistamps, curious artistamp artifacts, documentation of exhibitions, and helpful video instruction. Ginny also teaches workshops on how to make artistamps. Many of her own artistamps and works by artists in her collected can be found in distinguished private collections and public museums such as the Getty, MOMA, and Smithsonian. For more information visit the blog or contact her directly.
