HOW TO LOG IN AND ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

(this is optional but it will give you better access to your information)

 

Member Login & Account Access Guide

Step 1: Log In

• Visit the Artists of Palm Beach County website.

• Click Log In (top right).

• Sign in using the same email or login method you used when you joined.​

• Forgot your password?

Click Forgot Password? to reset it

Step 2: Access Your Member Area

1. Once logged in, click your profile icon or name.

2. Select My Account or Member Area.

Step 3: View or Edit Your Profile

• Click My Profile

• Update your contact info or profile photo (if enabled)

Step 4: View Your Membership Plan

• Click My Plans or Subscriptions (you can change, cancel or renew your membership here)

• View your plan name, status, and renewal details

​

Step 5: View Purchases & Receipts

• Click My Orders

• View membership purchases, events, and receipts

Important Notes

• You must log in using the same email or login method you used when purchasing.

• If you originally used Google, Apple, or Facebook, use that option again.

• If you don’t see your plan, try logging out and back in using a different email address.
