Juyng, born in Guangxi Province, China, is an expert Tai Chi teacher who has taught classes in the USA since she arrived in 2004. She is certified as a teacher in China and is proficient in Tai Chi Chuan, the familiar bare-handed form, and the forms that use traditional Chinese weapons. Her classes are designed for beginning and advanced students.
Regular practice of Tai Chi is believed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
