About the event
Facilitated by Kristen Myers
West Palm Beach–based artist, published illustrator, and licensed therapist specializing in
fascia-based somatic movement.
Workshop Description:
This 2.5-hour workshop offers a restorative space to reconnect with your inner creativity -
through gentle movement, intuitive color, and intentional reflection.
Held as a sacred space for women, this experience welcomes those seeking meaningful self-
connection through creativity, inner awareness, and quiet renewal.
The workshop begins with fascia-informed somatic movement - developed by Kristen to gently
release tension and awaken areas where creative energy may feel blocked. This embodied
foundation creates space for expression and helps participants enter the coloring experience
with clarity and presence.
From there, each woman is invited to choose from a selection of four curated coloring
pages—offered from Kristen’s published book The Wild and The Divine. Each image is paired
with an affirmation and soul-based prompts, transforming the act of coloring into a practice of
reflection, emotional insight, and creative presence.
No artistic background or movement experience is needed - just a willingness to
explore color, gentle motion, and the quiet wisdom within.
This workshop supports:
• Releasing tension and softening the nervous system
• Awakening creative energy through embodied movement
• Using color as a channel for self-expression, insight, and emotional flow
• Gently moving through blocks—both physical and creative
• Nourishing your creative spirit through mindful art and reflection
• Reconnecting with your inner rhythm in a calm, nurturing space
• Holding space to dedicate your practice—to yourself, your creative unfolding, or something
sacred
Please bring a yoga mat or bolster if you have one; a limited number will be available to
borrow.
All art materials are provided. No experience necessary.
