IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When submitting images to an exhibition, the files should be labeled so we know what they are and whose work it is.
If not labeled correctly, your work may be rejected.
They should look like this:

NOT THIS:
When we receive an image labeled this way, we have no idea who it is, what the title is, or what the size is.

Detailed Steps on How to Label
1. On a Computer (Windows, Mac):

Open File Explorer (Windows Key + E), navigate to the image, select it, and either right-click > "Rename" or press F2 to edit the filename.

Use Finder, navigate to the image, select it, and either right-click > "Rename" or press the Return key.
2. On an Android Phone:
Using the Gallery: Open the image in your Gallery app, tap the three dots (or the "Edit" option depending on your app), and then select "Rename"

Using a File Manager: Navigate to the image through your file manager, select it, and use the "Rename" option.

Using a Third-Party App: Some apps, like "Bulk Rename File," offer bulk renaming options.
3. On an iPad/iPhone:

Save to Files: Open the image, tap the share button, and then tap "Save to Files".

Rename in Files: Navigate to the image in Files, tap and hold to edit the filename.

Alternative: You can also save the image to a cloud storage service and then rename it there.
